Annotations

Pins, measurements and drawings saved in annotation sets – private, for your team or shared with clients – with version history.

Pins, saved measurements and drawings live in annotation sets. A project can have several sets, for example one per discipline or per client meeting.

Who sees a set

  • Private – only you.
  • Company team – everyone in your organisation.
  • Shared with clients – also shown in share links and embeds.

Saving and history

Changes are saved automatically. Every save is a version: open History to see who changed what and restore an older version (the current one stays in the history). If two people edit the same set, AgriCAD asks whether to keep yours, load theirs or save yours as a new set.

When you create a share link you can pin one set to it. Otherwise the link shows every set marked Shared with clients.
