These terms apply to the use of the AgriCAD website and the online viewer services run by Agrima. Using the site means you accept them. Licences for the products are also subject to the quote or agreement signed with your organisation; where they conflict, the agreement prevails.
The service
The site presents the AgriCAD products and lets client organisations upload laser scans, manage users and share projects through view links. We may improve and change the service from time to time.
Accounts and users
The client organisation is responsible for the users it invites, the permissions it grants and keeping sign-in details safe. Tell us immediately about any unauthorised use.
Your content
Scans, projects and annotations belong to the organisation that uploaded them. You allow us to use them only as needed to run the service (storage, conversion and display to people you gave access). You confirm you have the right to upload and share the content.
Share links
Anyone holding a view link can see the project until the link expires or you revoke it. Share links only with people who should see the project.
Prohibited use
Do not try to bypass security, overload the service, upload unlawful or offensive content, or use the service against the law.
Intellectual property
The software, design, the AgriCAD and Agrima marks and all content on the site (except your content) belong to Agrima. AutoCAD is a trademark of Autodesk, Inc.; AgriCAD is not affiliated with or sponsored by Autodesk.
Availability and liability
We make reasonable efforts to keep the service available and accurate, but it is provided "as is". Measurements in the viewer do not replace a certified survey. As far as the law allows, our liability is limited to [the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the event].
Termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend access if these terms are breached. After the end of the relationship we keep the data for a grace period so it can be downloaded, then delete it.
Law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, and the competent courts of [Tel Aviv-Jaffa] have exclusive jurisdiction.
