Privacy policy

Last updated:

Agrima ("we") runs the AgriCAD website and the AgriCAD services (the online viewer, the desktop viewer and the AutoCAD plugin). This policy explains what personal information we collect, why, how long we keep it and what rights you have, under the Israeli Privacy Protection Law 5741-1981 and its regulations and, for visitors from the European Union, the GDPR.

Who is responsible

Agrima, [company number], [address], Israel. For any privacy question: [email protected].

The contact form

When you send the "request a demo" form we receive your name, e-mail, company, phone (if given), field, the product you are interested in and your message. We use it only to get back to you with a demo or a quote. It is stored in our admin system and e-mailed to us, and deleted [within 24 months] if no business relationship follows.

Portal users

For users invited to the portal by their organisation we keep the e-mail, name, role, language, sign-in times and an activity log (for example who created a share link or opened a project) – to run, secure and support the service.

Scan files and projects belong to the organisation that uploaded them. For those we act as a data processor on the organisation’s behalf, under our agreement with it.

Cookies and browser storage

Without your consent the site uses a single cookie: the sign-in cookie (agricad_session), created only when you sign in to the portal and needed for signing in to work. There are no advertising cookies.

If you accept in the cookie banner, we also use Microsoft Clarity to see anonymised heatmaps and session replays of the marketing website. Clarity sets cookies; Microsoft acts as our data processor. Form fields are always masked, and Clarity never runs on project, portal or sign-in pages. You can withdraw consent at any time from “Cookie settings” at the bottom of the page.

Your language, colour theme and accessibility preferences are stored in your browser only (localStorage) and are not sent to us.

Usage statistics

We count visits with Umami, an open-source analytics tool running on our own servers. It uses no cookies, keeps no full IP addresses and builds no visitor profiles; we only see aggregated figures (how many visits, which pages, which language).

Who else receives information

We do not sell personal information. Infrastructure providers working for us (server hosting, e-mail delivery: [provider names]) receive only what they need and are bound to protect it. Some servers may be outside Israel; such transfers follow the Privacy Protection (Transfer of Data to Databases Abroad) Regulations and, for EU data, the GDPR’s transfer rules.

Security

Traffic is encrypted (HTTPS), project access is limited by permissions, and files are served only through short-lived signed tokens. No security is perfect; if a significant security incident happens we will act as the law requires and inform those affected.

Your rights

You may see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to its use for marketing. EU visitors may also ask for restriction of processing and data portability, and complain to their supervisory authority. In Israel you can contact the Privacy Protection Authority.

Send any request to [email protected]. We answer within 30 days.

Changes

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of the page, and notify portal users of any significant change.
